bergmoney is operated as a small editorial team based in Switzerland. We do not have a sales floor, a support phone line, or a physical office that takes walk-ins. Everything goes through one address, read by humans, usually answered within five working days.

What we cannot answer
bergmoney is editorial journalism, not a regulated advisory service. There are categories of question we have to decline — not to be unhelpful, but because answering them responsibly is outside what an editorial team is allowed to do.
- Personal financial advice We are not licensed advisers. We cannot tell you which broker, bank, or 3a provider is best for your specific situation, permit type, or tax exposure.
- Account problems with a provider If your transfer is stuck or your card is blocked, contact the provider directly. We cannot intervene with banks, brokers, or insurers on your behalf.
- Investment, tax, or legal consultation For decisions that meaningfully affect your money, talk to a Swiss-registered adviser, tax expert, or lawyer.
